Gates Estates is happy to be back in lovely Powhatan! This is a charming planned community, centrally located and adjacent to the Government Center. And it’s a repeat client! Not something we get too much of, considering the nature of our business. There are a couple of nice E. A. Clore, Suter’s, and Henkel Harris items, outdoor furniture golf clubs (it WILL get warm, I swear!) and many other nice things. The house is SOLD and everything will need to be removed on this day ONLY.
